Without marshals, none of us can go racing, yet have you noticed there’s rarely a call-out for marshals before racing starts at our NETT weekends?
That’s because someone has been very busy behind the scenes, finding people to help. This year it’s Kim Oliver, mum of rider George, who has volunteered to be our marshal co-ordinator for the season. Thank you Kim, we really appreciate your help.
Please make her job easier by getting in touch with her, if you, or anyone in your team, can provide a marshal at any, or all of our events, starting with Duns on 30 April/1 May.
Please TEXT Kim on 07796 246961.
We are looking for marshals to help us on either or both days. No previous experience is necessary, training is given on the morning of the race by our Chief Marshal, and lunch is provided along with a monetary contribution to cover expenses. It’s a jolly, friendly atmosphere on the track and in the paddock and the action is great to watch.
Please tell your friends and family about this…ask them to help you go racing by getting involved.
